Browse the library’s extensive online database subscriptions! You can use the Aiken library website from home to access databases related to business, law, hobbies, financial aid and more.

On-site classes and courses are available for ABBE Regional Library System patrons of all ages. Classes available during the month of this publication include French for Kids, Coloring for Grownups, photography workshops, rock painting, story times, movie nights, ecology, egg drop engineering, magic demonstrations, Lego clubs and more!

Learning Express Library provides test preparation for job and college placement tests, citizenship exams, and occupational licensing exams. You can get help preparing for tests like ACT, AP, ASVAB, CLEP, COMPASS, GED, LSAT, MCAT, PSAT, SAT, US. Citizenship and more!

The Aiken library offers special programs for kids & teens! 

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten invites parents and caregivers to read 1,000 books to their children before they enter kindergarten. Register at the first floor desk, track reading and earn rewards after every 100 books read! you’ll earn stickers, glitter maracas, a book bad, free paperback books and a completion certificate. Any pre-kindergarten age child is eligible to parcipate. For more information, contact the children’s department at 642-2020 ext. 1141.
