Optimum predominantly services the areas of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Suddenlink serves customers in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas and West Virginia.

Who qualifies for Altice Advantage Internet?

This service serves low income seniors and families. The service is the same but the qualifying criteria obviously varies.

In order to be eligible, families must have at least one child enrolled that is eligible for the National School Lunch Program. Families may also qualify if they have at least one child enrolled in a New York City public school.

Of course, there is a different criteria for seniors. Seniors must be at least 68 years old and eligible to receive Social Security Income. It is important to realize that this says “eligible for” and not “receives.” You do not have to actually receive SSI in order to qualify. You merely need to be eligible to do so.
