FAQs about EBT Discounts in Oregon

We’ve been reporting on these EBT discounts for nearly 10 years, so it’s natural that we’ve received a lot of feedback and questions along the way. Here are some of the most common ones.

Why doesn’t your list match Museums for All?

Although Museums for All maintains a list of museums that participate, it isn’t always accurate. We have found many museums on their list that have closed or are no longer providing discounts. There are also a lot of programs outside of Museums for All, like Arts for Access, that offer similar discounts.

Because accuracy is important to us, we independently verify the facts in our articles and update them accordingly. As a result, our list is the most accurate list of EBT discounts in Oregon that you’ll find online today.

Does Oregon Coast Aquarium offer an EBT discount?

No, Oregon Coast Aquarium does not currently offer an EBT discount. They do offer free admission on your birthday and free tickets to local foster families. They also offer discounted tickets for veterans, AAA members and Lincoln County residents.

Are there discounts for WIC users in Oregon?

Yes! Many of these same venues that offer EBT discounts in Oregon will also honor those discounts for guests with WIC or Medicaid. We have tried to make it clear which venues do that in our list, but you can always call and ask.
