FREE Books for Kids from Barnes & Noble!

Getting a FREE book from Barnes & Noble is easy! Students in first through sixth grades can receive a free book for participating in Barnes & Noble’s Summer Reading Program!

Participating is simple:

STEP 1: Click here to download the summer reading journal (or click here for the Spanish version). You’ll need to print it and fill it out!

STEP 2: Read eight books. You can read any books you want to! Write the title, author and your favorite part of each book in the journal.

STEP 3: Bring your finished journal to a Barnes & Noble location between August 1st and August 31st, 2019! Click here to find a store near you! 

STEP 4: Pick your free book from the list! Here are the options for 2018:

Nicole leads the Low Income Relief team with over 20 years of professional research and writing experience. Nicole started Low Income Relief after a personal experience with poverty. When her husband was medically discharged from the US Army, their family experienced tremendous financial hardship. Nicole was able to gather help from multiple community agencies and move into a nearby low income housing unit in just two weeks! Since then, Nicole has been dedicated to helping low income families in crisis.
