Activate Church provides an annual Christmas Event at the park. At Esther Short Park, they provide Christmas carols and holiday crafts. They also give away 100 FREE Christmas trees to families who need them!

Catholic Community Services often offer assistance or referrals to helpful holiday programs, although I wasn’t able to find programs in the Roy area specifically.
Salvation Army can provide holiday assistance. They can provide help with food or gifts. Please contact your local Salvation Army chapter for more information. Salvation Army can also assist with other needs, including food, clothing and medication.

6:8 Food Pantry provides weekly food for community members who need it. The selection includes dairy, protein and produce. Items may be fresh, canned, boxed or frozen.
Fruit Valley Family Resource Center provides a food pantry, clothing closet for children and other resources.
One Life provides a shopping-style experience for guests. You can receive one box of food per month and may be able to receive pet food. Homeless clients can visit every week.
