"A Christmas Miracle" does NOT help low income familes or disabled nonelderly. I called and the individual whom answered made me feel worthless and shamed for even asking if there may be help. She got angry and asked where I got the information from and she said she has never put it on any site and that that was incorrect and then proceeded to hang up on me.
