Get Free Christmas Gifts In Cuyahoga County, Ohio

Adopt A Family Association matches low-income families living in Cleveland and Northeastern areas of Ohio with sponsors during the holiday season. Sponsors buy the family toys, small gifts, food, clothing, and gift cards to enjoy on Christmas morning. You may be required to meet certain qualifications to get help through the association.

Christians In Action setup a gift room every Christmas to help low-income families make their children’s holiday a little brighter. Qualifying parents choose toys from the gift room, where it’s wrapped and sent home with the family. They also raffle off $25 gift cards to various restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers to the families in attendance.

Community Ambassadors partners with the Parma Area Family Collaborative to offer the Adopt-A-Family program for low-income residents. Families get paired with sponsors who buy the family toys, clothing, shoes, food, and other small gifts.

Northeast Ohio Foundation For Patriotism matches military families with sponsors during the holidays to make their Christmas a little brighter. Sponsors could buy the families food, clothing, toys, and gift cards that get delivered just before Christmas.

North Ridgeville Community Care offers the Christmas Store where low-income families pick toys for their children and the Adopt-A-Family program during the holidays. Adopt-A-Family participants receive toys and gifts from sponsors which get delivered right before Christmas.

Prison Fellowship offers the Angel Tree program for children who has at least one parent in prison. Local volunteers buy and deliver Christmas gifts to the children in the name of their incarcerated loved one. To take part, applicants must have a child whose parent’s in prison and must meet their income requirements.

Salvation Army offers the Angel Tree program for low-income families struggling during the holiday season. This program could offer families free toys, clothing, shoes, games, and more. Additionally, they offer free holiday dinner baskets and hot holiday meals for families who need a little extra help.

Skylight Foundation holds an annual toy drive to help low-income families living in Columbus and Cleveland. These toys get distributed to hundreds of children in need a few days before Christmas.

St. Richard Parish offer the Adopt-A-Family program up to 32 children and their parents for Metro Catholic School and the Advent giving tree to 10 local families during the holidays.

Trees For Troops offer free, farm-grown Christmas trees to the US armed forces members from any branch of the military. Trees get distributed to the family’s home or military base via FedEx a few weeks before Christmas.

All Faith’s Pantry offers free bags of groceries to low-income, working poor, seniors, veterans, and the homeless living in Cuyahoga County. The pantry may have holiday-centric meals available during the holiday season.

Middleburg Heights Food Pantry offers their services to low-income families living in Middleburg Heights and members of Middleburg Heights churches. You may be able to get Christmas food during the holiday season.

I have 4 children two whom are special needs. I am the only parent in the home and we could use some Christmas cheer. Covid has left me unable to work so I stay at home and provide my twins w their therapies and all of them schooling.
