In addition to an application, customers must submit ID, proof of age and a social security card.

Disabled customers with a household income of $30,713 or less can receive a disabled discount on their power bill. It is important to realize that the bill must be in the disabled person’s name or included as part of their rent. Customers must provide proof of household income, photo ID and a completed application. They must also submit either proof of Social Security award or L&I pension certification.

Energy audits and weatherization services can save everyone money.

Free home energy audits can help customers identify ways to save money on their power bill. The PUD will send an energy advisor to your home to assess your energy efficiency and point out specific ways that you can save money on your bill. The advisor can also identify rebate and other programs you may qualify for. Call the Energy Services department at (360) 538-6383 to schedule your free audit.

Rebates exist for heat pumps, ductless heat pumps, weatherization and more.
