The New Berlin Public Library card at this point they have a Milwaukee County Zoo pass that allows for free parking and free entrance for up to 8 people. You simply go to the desk and give them your library card and they will tell you the days open on the waiting list (very little on the list now to wait for, but the Milwaukee zoo is open and clear of any snow or ice) Than you have 2 days to return the Zoo pass card.
