They also a low-interest loan and a deferred loan that you can use to update your home so you can make it safer and more secure.
Rockingham County
Derry offers New Hampshire home repair and shelter assistance to people who are in need of emergency home repairs. If your home is in need of serious repair or if it is unlivable, you might be able to get help through Derry. The city also offers assistance to people who want to improve their home. With the emergency repair program, you might qualify for a grant. With the repair program, you could qualify for help with a loan.
