The Providence Children’s Museum is an expansive hands-on museum designed specifically for children. Kids can enjoy underground tunnels, mazes, and a number of other attractions. You can get 50% off admission for up to four people with your library pass.
The Roger Williams Park Zoo is one of the best zoos New England has to offer. The Zoo has a large collection of rare wildlife and large, open green space that can be enjoyed by all. With your library card you can receive $3 off up to four tickets.
The Mystic Seaport is one of America’s first maritime museums. Known as “The Museum of America and the Sea,” the Seaport offers exhibits on interesting topics like the history of messages in a bottle, or piracy off the coast of the United States. Your Jesse M. Smith Library Card is good for a 50% discount on up to two adult tickets and three children’s tickets.
The Mystic Aquarium is a popular destination for adults and children alike. It currently houses the largest outdoor beluga whale exhibit in the United States. The aquarium offers $5 off admission for up to four tickets.
Old Sturbridge Village is a living museum occupying the site of a famous 17th century home. The Sturbridge, Massachusetts museum gives visitors a look inside rural life in late 17th century New England. You can receive a discount of 50% off up to four daytime passes. Please note these passes cannot be used for any events or evening entry into the Village.
Blithewold Mansion, Gardens, and Arboretum is the site of one of Rhode Island’s most historic homes. The mansion plays home to beautiful historic artifacts, flower gardens, and works of art. Your library card is good for $3 tickets for up to six adults and free admission for anyone under the age of 17. This pass is only available from April through October.
