You will need to apply for the program through the Wyoming tax division.

The Wyoming Housing Network might be able to provide you with foreclosure relief. The program requires you to meet their qualifications and you’ll need to apply for help through it. If you qualify for assistance through the program, you could get help saving your home or help to prevent foreclosure in the future. The program also offers homeownership counseling and education courses.

The Wyoming Foreclosure Relief Program might be able to help you save your home. If your foreclosure is imminent or you’re struggling knowing you’re going to have to deal with foreclosure in the future, you might be able to get help by calling the hotline. There are programs available that could help you get back on track.

If you’re facing foreclosure, you might be able to get help through the housing counseling program. The Wyoming Community Development Division might make it easier for you to find housing counseling programs that could help you get out of foreclosure or avoid facing it again in the future. The program has income guidelines and other program requirements you’ll need to meet to get help.

When you’re facing foreclosure, you might be able to get help through an attorney. The attorney could provide you with help learning more about how to fight back against the foreclosure or get help setting up a payment plan to make your mortgage payments.

The program might make it easier for you to update your home to make it more modern or safer. They might also be able to help with minor upgrades to your home if it is not energy efficient. The program has guidelines you’ll need to meet. If you meet the income and other requirements, you might be able to get a loan or grant for your home repairs.

Park County

Veterans in Park County might be able to get tax relief through the county. If you’re a veteran and you’re struggling with your property taxes, the program could reduce the amount you have to pay. You might even qualify for more help if you’re a disabled veteran or the surviving spouse. In addition to the exemption, you could get a refund on the property taxes you’ve already had to pay.

Teton County

Sweetwater County

If you live in Rock Springs and you meet the income guidelines, you could get assistance with updates. The program has grants and loans that might be able to help if you qualify for assistance!

Uinta County

Residents of Evanston might be able to get help through the Evanston Housing division. If you need Wyoming home repair help, the Housing division could help you with a loan or grants depending on the repairs you need done. The programs available through Evanston could provide you with the funding you need to update your home. While there is a list of updates that qualify, you could qualify for help with a variety of updates and repair fixes to your home.
