Once you make sure that they will accept a state reimbursement, you will need to request a cost estimate for the medication, service or supplies. You need to get that estimate in writing so that you can submit it to the State Service Center.
Get a Referral to Emergency Services
The Emergency Services department helps people who need urgent, immediate assistant to meet their most basic needs. Among other things, they help with emergency housing, utility assistance, and other critical needs. They also manage the Delaware Emergency Medical Diabetes Fund.
