Communities in Schools of Auburn provides free school supplies directly to the individual schools. The distribution takes place near the first day of school. They also assist with the purchase of alarm clocks, lice medication, clothing, food and more! To apply for assistance, email [email protected] with the name of the student, name of the school and the parent/guardian’s contact information.
Food Banks often accept school supplies donations and distribute them to clients who also need food! Contact your local food bank for more information.
Midway Community Covenant Church provides clothing once per month for anyone in need. Sizes vary from infant to adult. School supplies and other items may be available depending on donations.
