If you have a civil case, Michigan Legal Help might be able to provide assistance. They have volunteer attorneys who are able to provide their services for free. Through these pro bono programs, you could find an attorney who is able to answer your legal questions. Additionally, they might be able to represent you if your case goes to court. Most of the lawyers who provide these services are not any different from traditional attorneys, they just use the program as a way to give back to the community.
Michigan Legal Services provides help to people who are low-income and unable to pay for their own representation. If you’re low-income and you need attorney help, you might be able to get it through this organization. The program might make it easier for you to find someone who can represent you and someone who knows what they’re doing when it comes to your specific civil legal case.
Lakeshore Legal Aid attorneys work on a pro bono basis. While they are not able to take on every case, they might be able to help if you meet their requirements. You will have to be below a certain income threshold and meet other requirements including ones related to your case.

Common Ground Legal Help might be able to provide help if you meet their requirements. The program uses attorneys who provide pro bono services to low-income people who qualify. If you are able to meet their requirements, the attorneys they have could answer questions you have and might be able to represent you in court depending on your case.
The Michigan Neighborhood Legal Services program could help you if you’re in need of legal representation. The attorneys work for free and can answer questions as well as provide legal representation. They might not be able to help every case, though. Even if the attorneys are unable to help you, they might be able to direct you to other resources that could provide Michigan legal help.
Michigan law schools offer free clinics.
The University of Michigan provides a community clinic to people who are low-income and need help with legal questions. The law students can answer questions and might be able to help you find the resources you need for Michigan legal help. While the clinics are free, they can fill up fast so you will need to reserve a spot.
The Wayne State University free legal clinic might be able to help you make sure you can learn as much as possible about your legal situations. Law students can provide information related to your legal situation and might make it easier for you to find the legal help you need. If you’re in Michigan, you could get help through the Wayne State University clinics.
The Michigan State University offers some legal clinics. Their most popular option is a family law clinic and can provide you with information that might make it easier for you to get help if you have a family law case. The law students provide information that is then backed up by a bar-certified attorney.
There are some clinics available at the Cooley Law School. These are popular clinics and there are not many spaces available. Register in advance to save your spot.
Your county could offer Michigan legal help.
Even though the state has a lot of resources, some counties and regions might be able to provide more Michigan legal help. We found county resources that could help you depending on where you live.
The Sugar Law Center might be able to provide Michigan legal help if you’re in Detroit. The law center has attorneys who work on a volunteer basis. They also have a variety of resources and programs available that might help you with your legal case even if they’re unable to provide help through one of their attorneys.
The Detroit Bar Association could provide guidance if you’re looking for Michigan legal help. Even though they do not provide direct help and cannot give you information on your case, they could give you resources. They also have a directory of every attorney in Detroit who offers pro bono services.
The Detroit Free Legal Aid clinic could help you find answers to your legal questions. Through the legal aid clinic, you can ask questions about your case and find out whether you will need legal representation for it.
Are you in Eastern Michigan in need of legal help? You might be able to get assistance through Legal Services of Eastern Michigan. The program offers legal assistance to people who qualify and might be able to help if you’re low-income and have a case that qualifies. You will need to meet program requirements. They might not even be able to represent you if you do meet their requirements, but they do take on some of the cases they hear.
The Salvation Army of Eastern Michigan might also be able to help if you’re dealing with a difficult legal case. The program helps people who qualify. If your case is related to family law, employment law or housing law, you could get help through this program.
South Central Michigan
If you need Michigan legal help in the South Central part of the state, you could get assistance through Legal Services of South Central Michigan. The program works with people who are residents of the region and low-income. They have program requirements you’ll need to meet if you want to be able to get legal help. You might be able to qualify for help with family, immigration, housing or employment cases.
Residents of Southeastern Michigan might be able to get help through the Southeastern Michigan Legal Assistance program. This program could help you find an attorney who can answer questions and represent you for free. If you meet their requirements, the program offers attorneys and resources to help make your civil case easier.
Do you need Michigan legal help in Western MI? You might be able to get help through Legal Aid of Western Michigan. The program works with attorneys who provide pro bono services to clients. You might be able to find an attorney who can offer their services for free and who is willing to work on a variety of civil legal cases.
You could find resources through the Michigan Bar Association.
When you’re looking for Michigan legal help, the bar association is a great place to start. Even though the bar association is unable to provide direct help to people who are in need of civil representation, they might be able to help you find an attorney who can provide those services to you. Depending on your case and on the issues you’re facing, attorneys in your area could be available!
Thinking of going to the ACLU? Read this!
The ACLU is a great resource filled with information relating to your civil rights. They work hard to make sure they’re offering help to people who need it and that’s something that can change the way you look at things. If you know your rights, you might be better able to protect them.
Even though the ACLU is a great place to get resources, it might not be a good option if you’re considering using it for legal help. They do not take on most of the cases they hear and don’t have the ability to provide a lot of Michigan legal help to smaller cases.
