Douglas County

You’ll need to meet the income requirements to get help, but you might be able to find a loan or down payment assistance grant. The city might have other options that could help you as a low-income home buyer.

Lancaster County

The city has options for people who want to purchase a home, have low income and limited options! Through their urban development department, you might be able to get help finding a home.

Lincoln County
