Will Low Income Relief Share My GoFundMe?
Victoria asked:
Would Low Income Relief be willing to share my GoFundMe page?
Unfortunately, no. As much as we wish we could help every single person who reaches out to us, our policy is that we do not share or promote individual GoFundMe campaigns or other personal fundraisers.
But wait - we've got more details for you below!

What You Need to Know
We know how hard it can be to ask for help, especially during a financial emergency. If you’ve reached the point of creating a GoFundMe, chances are you’re facing an incredibly difficult situation.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to share individual crowdfunding campaigns for two reasons.
First, we receive far more requests than we could ever feature fairly. Every day we hear from people who need help paying for housing, medical bills, utilities, transportation, food, and other essentials. There simply isn’t a fair way for us to choose one family’s fundraiser over another.
Second, our audience is made up primarily of people with low incomes who are already struggling to make ends meet themselves. Many of our readers have generous hearts and would gladly help if they could, but we don’t want to encourage people to give away the money they need for their own rent, groceries, medications, or other necessities.
Instead of promoting fundraisers, we focus on what we do best: helping people find government benefits, nonprofit programs, charitable assistance, and other resources that may be able to help.
If you’re looking for assistance, we’re happy to help you research programs that may be available.
Leave a comment on our website or YouTube channel and tell us:
- Your state (and county, if you’re comfortable sharing)
- What type of help you need
- Which organizations you’ve already contacted
We’ll do our best to point you toward resources you may not have found yet.
We truly wish we could help every family that reaches out to us. While we can’t share personal fundraisers, we’re always glad to help you search for other forms of assistance.
