Encourage early literacy with services like BookFlix, which are designed for children. This service provides free videos, ebooks and interactive games that can help young children learn the alphabet and so much more.

Prepping for a stressful test? Learning Express Library offers interactive practice exams that can help you with academic, civil service, military and professional licensing or certification exams. If you’re working on becoming an US Citizen, ProCitizen is a great service that can help you practice for the naturalization test!

You can checkout free ebooks from OverDrive, browse magazines from RBDigital or learn a new langauge with help from Pronunciator.

Check out museum passes for 7 days at a time!

Although I couldn’t find any information about museum passes on the library website, I reached out to the DELCO library system through their website. Aston Public Library Director Stephen Sarazin responded with this message:

“Yes, the Aston, Furness, Haverford, Marple, Media, Middletown, Newtown, Prospect Park, Rachel Kohl, Radnor, Ridley Township, Swarthmore, Upper Darby and Yeadon Libraries offer museum passes.  Rules and selection vary.

Aston offers the following for 7-day loan–

We’ve found other opportunities for free fun in the area, too. Here’s a list of free museums in the Philadelphia area! We’ve also found additional free and discounted opportunities for families with EBT cards!
