The Kansas City homeowner assistance program might be able to help you get a down payment for your home and help you find a home in the city. There are a variety of resources the neighborhood services agency offers that might make it easier for you to purchase a home. You will need to meet income and residency requirements along with any other requirements the city puts into place.
Residents of Lee’s Summit might be able to get up to $3,000 toward a down payment for a home. If you meet their income, credit and residency requirements, you might be able to lower the total amount you have to pay out of pocket for your new home. The program might also make it easier for you to purchase a home in the area through their homeownership program.
Jasper County
If you’re in Joplin, you might be able to get help with new construction, a home you with to rehab or down payment assistance. Using their homeownership programs, it might be easier for you to get into a new home. You might also be able to save money on your home purchase.
Ozark County
Are you in Ozark County? You might qualify for help through the Ozark Action Inc. program. This might make it easier for you to purchase a home because the program offers different things that could help you with your home search, financing and coming up with a down payment.
St. Charles County
If you’re a first time home buyer in Missouri and you’re looking for a home in St. Charles, you might be able to get help through the home ownership assistance program. You can start the program out using their educational opportunities. You might also be able to get help with home ownership resources to make purchasing a home even easier!
