A Precious Child offers free backpacks filled with age-appropriate school supplies to children who need them. This agency may also help with other education fees, including special supply needs, field trip costs, testing expenses, tutoring, and scholarships to help students who can’t otherwise afford to participate in sports and/or music, dance, theater or visual arts. 

Aurora Interfaith Community Services provides school supplies based on your school’s supply list. You will need to contact this organization for an intake appointment in order to get help. At your appointment, you will be expected to provide your required supply list, IDs for every household member and a recent piece of mail to prove your address.

Adams 14 School District hosts an annual Back to School Resource Fair. The vent is usually held in late July at Adams City High School. Servicios de la Raza provides clothing for children up to size 8. You will need to show photo ID for service. Service is available in English and Spanish.

Volunteers of America host a clothing bank with clothing, shoes, towels, decorations, kitchen items and personal hygiene products. Although this agency is located in Denver County, they assist all Colorado residents. You may visit weekly for free items.
