The LSU legal clinics might be able to help you get the legal advice you need for your case. Student attorneys, backed by bar-certified attorneys, work to answer civil legal questions. At the clinic, you might be able to learn about different things you can do to help your case.
The Loyola University legal clinic in New Orleans is available for people who might need to get legal advice. The clinic has varying hours and might have requirements for registering to attend the clinics. Even though the clinic is free, you might need to register in advance to attend the clinic.

Some parishes offer Louisiana legal aid. You might be able to find the legal representation you need through your parish. Pro bono attorneys in different parishes have offerings to help you with legal questions and even representation for your legal case!
Northwest Louisiana Legal Services in Shreveport might be able to help if you’re looking for an attorney who offers pro bono services. If you qualify for their help by meeting income and other requirements, you might be able to get an attorney who can represent you for free. Attorneys might not be available at all times and might not help with every case.
The Pro Bono project in Shreveport works with attorneys who offer their services for free. These attorneys might be able to represent you if you meet the program requirements. They could offer things like representation, answers to questions about your legal case and more. If the pro bono project is unable to help you directly, they might be able to give you resources to get more help.
East Baton Rouge Parish
Legal Services of the Capital Area might be able to provide Louisiana legal aid to people who are in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. The program works exclusively with low-income individuals to help them with legal representation. You might be able to get help with your civil legal case depending on the specifics of the case and the availability of attorneys.
The Bar Foundation of Baton Rouge might be able to help you with attorney representation. Depending on your civil case and your income, you might be able to get help through the organization. The program has different offerings that might help you find an attorney who can represent you or just someone to answer legal questions.
The Lafayette Parish Bar Association does not provide help directly to people who are in need, but the organization might be able to help you find resources you can use for legal representation. In addition to having a listing of all the legal aid options in the parish, they also have information on attorneys who can provide pro bono work outside of the organizations.
Acadiana Legal Services has offices in Lafayette but they also offer assistance to surrounding areas. You might be able to find an attorney through the organization who can help you with your civil legal case. They have income and other requirements you’ll need to meet to qualify for their program.
The Kisatchie Legal Services Corporation might be able to provide Louisiana legal aid to people who are in Natchitoches Parish. They have attorneys available to help with civil legal cases. These attorneys work for free and might be able to represent you for your legal case.
