Budget Billing helps you avoid seasonally-high bills by averaging your annual usage into 12 equal payments. Every month, this rolling average includes your last month’s usage and the oldest month’s usage is removed. This means the payments won’t always be exactly identical… but they will be much more consistent than your bills would be otherwise!

Colorado customers can participate in the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP)This program provides a fixed bill credit based on your income and annual gas usage. The qualifying criteria is the same as the state’s LIHEAP (or LEAP) program. If you apply for and receive LEAP, you’ll be automatically enrolled in PIPP!
