See If You Qualify for a Mass Tort Claim
In addition to class action settlements, you may also qualify for compensation through a mass tort lawsuit. These cases are different from class actions and often involve defective products, dangerous drugs, medical devices, toxic exposure, or other serious harm.
That’s why we recommend checking with our sponsor, Injury Claims. They help individuals find out whether they may qualify for open mass tort or injury-related cases. Their platform connects people with legal professionals who are actively investigating claims involving:
- Defective medical devices
- Dangerous medications
- Toxic exposure
- Product-related injuries
- Environmental contamination
- And other large-scale injury cases
Unlike many settlements listed above, mass tort cases often involve personal injuries — and potential compensation can be significantly higher depending on the circumstances.
If you or a loved one has experienced health issues, complications from a medical device, or harm related to a product or environmental exposure, it’s worth taking a few minutes to see if your situation matches any active investigations.
There is no obligation to check, and reviewing open cases can help you understand your legal options before important deadlines pass.
Visit our partner’s website to explore current mass tort investigations and see if you may qualify.

Thank you for all your help. You are a Sparkling Gem in this pile full dirt that is happening right now.
My husband & I (56yrs old) are Disabled. In 2023 thru 2024 my husband and I suffered from several separate medical issues that happened within a month of each other that led to 5 surgeries between the 2 of us over the next 1-1/2yrs. Since then we were have been getting swamped over & over again with the worst luck imaginable & to no fault of our own which, in general, we highly unusual. We lost our home, & it’s been downhill from there. We took our camper & moved from MN to Srafford, MO (about 15-20 minutes from Springfield, MO) & we now live in our daughter’s driveway, her home is smaller & her husband’sanxietyis freakishlyhigh cause he has OCD & he had severe medicalissuesdue to his diabetes. They almost amputated his foot but thankfully, they found a way around that and only amputated his big toe. Later they may have to amputate more. We don’t have the batteries we need to run the heat or electricity. We can use our lights, our small fridge, & tv but no heat/air & can’t use the microwave to cook. We need several Lithium Batteries, Solar panels and an Inverter + a larger generator for backup. Currently, we have zero income but we signed with a Disability Firm & they are helping us apply for disability but it takes time. We also need a comfortable RV King mattress for RVs. There are no places that offer donations sadly. This is life. We are on SNAP but there only give us enough for 1 person because of some error mixup somewhere & we can’t get ahold of them to fix it. I’m still trying tho. The bad luck has not changed at all. We’ll keep doing everything we’re supposed even tho people in those companies admittedly, but not knowingly, keep making mistakes over & over again with our paperwork which is the reason we lost our home in 2024. I’m not exaggerating on the bad luck, it’s a never-ending ocean. And with no income, we’re losing our stuff in our storage unit this month even tho we’reonly a month behind. They really don’t care about what’s going on. We’re a month behind with our 2nd month due on Feb 28th or March 2nd, not sure how they handle short months. They are going to set up auction for later this month. Something is off with that company but I don’t have a lawyer & legal aid doesn’t help with that. Funny thing, I never believed in luck until now…lol. The bad luck just keeps coming & coming but I guess that’s life, at least our lives. So any help is good & even tho a lot or most doesn’t apply to us you are appreciated & by many more as well. And like I said, you are a beautiful Gem in a huge pile of dirt (&$#€) that’s happening right now. Your help/you YouTube channel is very much appreciated. Thank you.
I’m not sure if you’d know this but I don’t want to lose my stuff in our store unit. Our personal stuff, car titles, blank checks, things we need, & so on are in it including a couple things from my parents who passed away a few years ago. I’ve checked everywhere & is harder now that our stuff is in MN and we’re now in Missouri. We’d dint have the funds or transportation either to get it here. Our truck is very old, 1995 Chevy 1/2 ton. If you know if/who can help, I’d appreciate that. Regardless, Thank You for helping so many.
