The Trumbull Library offers members a wide selection of free digital media services. You can enjoy free E-Books, audio books, comics, movies, and more. The services offered by the library offer a little bit of everything.

Cloud Library is one of the newer streaming services available with your library card. It offers both E-Books as well as audio books. Cloud Library has works of both fiction and non-fiction in addition to many children’s books.

Flipster is a digital service that offers some of the most popular magazines available. The service doesn’t allow downloading, but you can stream full-color, interactive magazines on any device.

Freading offers a good selection of E-Books. However, the service is best known for its large collection of comic books and graphic novels. Freading also puts together offerings for online book clubs.

Hoopla is arguably the largest digital media service the library offers. Hoopla has thousands of offerings including E-Books, comics, movies, and music.

Want access to the internet on the go? Looking for wireless access at your home? The Trumbull Library has you covered! You can borrow a mobile Wi-Fi Hotspot from the Trumbull Library if you are 18 years or older. Each Hotspot can provide connectivity to up to 15 devices. Additionally, the Hotspot also includes a charging cord and user instructions.

You can check out a hotspot for up to ten days. There is a $3 late fee for each day the Hotspot is not returned. After the third day, the library will charge you the full price of the Hotspot. You can reserve a Hotspot up to three days before you check it out, but there is a limit of one device per household.

Six days per week, the Trumbull Library hosts a steady stream of free events. Each branch hosts its own series of events, and you can keep up with every event with the library’s online events calendar. There are events appropriate for all ages. Teenagers can get homework help as well as watch a movie at the library.
