You could get Florida pro bono lawyers.

Florida pro bono lawyers could provide you with their services free. Many lawyers put in some volunteer hours to help people struggling to afford their services. Using these lawyers, you might be able to settle civil cases related to family matters, housing and more. Keep in mind that if you have a criminal case, you will be better able to find help through a public defender.

FL Legal Aid might be able to help with Florida pro bono lawyers. You could get help finding legal aid if you are low-income and you’re not otherwise able to afford an attorney. You will need to also meet other requirements in addition to the income requirements legal aid has in place.

The Florida Legal Services might be able to help you if you’re in need of assistance. There are programs they have that might make it easier for you to find a lawyer who can represent you for free. If you qualify for their services, you might be able to get assistance with a variety of civil legal cases.

Heart of Florida Legal Aid Society might make it possible for you to get legal counsel even if you’re unable to afford it. They might be able to help people with civil cases including housing law and family law. 

The Florida Rural Legal Services program might be able to help if you live in a rural area of Florida. If you are low-income and you meet the other requirements the program has in place, you might be able to get help with your civil legal needs. They could provide Florida pro bono lawyers or other resources that might make it easier for you to get help with legal cases.

Some FL law schools could provide clinics.

The Florida A&M provides a legal clinic that might be able to help if you’re unable to get legal aid in Florida. While they do not provide Florida pro bono lawyers, you might be able to learn more about your legal situation and get help with any legal questions you might have. The clinic is intended for people who have civil cases only.

The University of Miami provides ten different legal clinics for people who are low-income in the city. You might be able to get help through the human rights, immigration, investor, health rights, CYS, bankruptcy and other legal clinics.

The FSU law clinic could help if you have questions for an attorney or you’re struggling with legal issues that you can’t afford an attorney for. While the clinic is hosted by law students, there is a bar-certified lawyer present to make sure all advice is accurate.

The University of Florida legal clinic might help if you’re low-income and you have no other way to get help from an attorney. Law students can answer common civil legal questions and might be able to give you advice to help you through basic civil cases. You could get help with your legal questions through one of the many civil clinics.

Some Florida counties have Florida pro bono lawyers.

There are different options around Florida that could help you get pro bono lawyers. These options might make it easier for you to go through a difficult case. While the state options are great, your county might also have resources that could connect you with an attorney willing to work on a free basis!

Brevard county

Are you a resident of Brevard County and looking for Florida pro bono lawyers? You might be able to get help through the Brevard County Legal Aid program. This program can help you get legal representation even if you’re unable to afford it. You will need to meet income and other requirements to qualify for help through the program. People who apply are not guaranteed representation.

Broward County

If you’re in Broward County, you might be able to get help through the legal aid division. This organization might be able to help you save money on an attorney if you don’t have money or could make it easier for you to get an attorney if you can’t afford anything. Attorneys volunteer their time and may choose to only take certain cases that come to the legal aid center.

Residents of Plantation might be able to get additional legal aid. The Legal Aid of South Florida program might be able to help you if you’re in Plantation and that might make it easier for you to get help. When you’re looking for Florida pro bono lawyers, this program could provide you with the help you need for civil law.

Charlotte County

Legal Aid of Manasota might be able to provide Florida pro bono lawyers. There are programs available that might be able to help you find options for attorneys who can represent you. These programs could help you get the representation you need for a variety of civil legal cases.

Collier County

If you’re in Collier County, you might be able to get help through Legal Aid. The program could help with family law, bankruptcy law and tax law. They have limited resources to help with other areas of civil law, but they do focus most of their attention on these areas of civil law. If you’re in need of assistance, you will need to meet their qualifications with your income as well as your residency and other requirements.

Dade County

The Dade County Put Something Back program provides Florida pro bono lawyers to people who qualify for help through the program. If you are able to meet the qualifications they have for income, residency and more, you might be able to get help. Dade County provides help to people who have civil cases and might be able to help you out in different areas including family law and financial law along with housing law.

Duval County

Community Legal Services of Mid Florida might be able to provide help through Florida pro bono lawyers. The program has options for people who are low-income and people who are very low-income. If you meet the program guidelines, you might be able to get help with an attorney or through a variety of legal aid options they have. If you do not qualify for an attorney, they also have resources that could help you with your civil legal case.

The Jacksonville Area Legal Aid Program might make it easier for you to get help with legal problems. If you qualify for help and you have a civil legal problem, you might be able to get an attorney through legal aid. This could make it easier for you to get the assistance you need.

Three Rivers Legal Services provides help to people who are low-income and need help with legal issues. The program might make it easier for you to find Florida pro bono lawyers. You will need to meet their requirements for income, residency and more.

Leon County

Legal Services of North Florida might be able to help if you have a civil case that you need help with. They might be able to help connect you with attorneys who provide their services for free. The organization might also be able to find an attorney who works on a sliding scale if you have moderate income.

Orange county

The Orange County Legal Aid Society might be able to help if you have a civil case you need assistance with. The program helps low-income individuals and families connect with attorneys who can help them with pro bono services. If you’re in need of help and you meet their qualifications, you could find an attorney who could represent you. Since the attorneys work on a volunteer basis, they might not be able to take every case.

Pinellas County

Gulf Coast Legal Services could help if you’re low-income and you need assistance with family and bankruptcy law. The program has specific situations they might be able to help with and they could provide you with Florida pro bono lawyers who will do the work for free. The legal services organization also has a variety of resources they can help you connect with if they can’t directly provide you with an attorney.

If you’re in St. Petersburg, you might be able to get help through the community law program. This program is for people who are low-income. It is also for people who want to get help with their civil legal case. If you use the program and you meet their qualifications, you could get help with their volunteer attorneys.

Seminole county

Residents of Seminole County might be able to get help with their civil legal cases. The Legal Aid program might make it easier for you to get Florida pro bono lawyers if you’re low-income. The program has requirements you’ll need to meet. Even if you qualify for their help using your income and residency, you might not be able to get access to a free lawyer at all times.

Find help through the Florida bar association.

The State Bar Association has program options that might be able to help you get an attorney even if you wouldn’t normally be able to afford one. The bar association has a variety of resources that can connect you with legal help. You can also find a listing of Florida pro bono lawyers on the site.

If you would rather search by county, the bar association has a directory of attorneys who practice in your county. From there, you can find ones that offer pro bono services to low-income individuals. The list includes attorneys who might not have a website and only have phone contact information.

Want to take your case to the ACLU?

If you think your case qualifies for assistance through the ACLU, you might be able to get help through the organization. While it is rare that they help people, they might be able to do it in some extreme cases. If your civil rights were violated, it might be easier to attract ACLU attention. Even though many people turn to the ACLU first to get help, this might not be your best option. The ACLU has a variety of resources you can turn to first for your civil rights case. They also have information on Florida pro bono lawyers who might be able to help.

In addition to offering information on how to get help with a civil rights case, you might be able to get assistance through the ACLU’s Know Your Rights. The program can help you learn more about your rights and how to protect them.

Hi .I am needing help to get a lawyer to help me work on this matter against my landlord myself and my son dakotah lost everything we ever had in the house fire we were renting for only 3 months and the landlord never gave me my deposit or the rent for the month ahead of the fire I had just paid for the fire Marshall determined that the fire was caused by faulty and improper electrical wiring due to neglects of the landlord and I am not got the money to pay for a lawyer but I know I have a case the fire Marshall said to hire a lawyer please me email me asap please it happen on father's day 6/19/2022

I currently have an open case with cps. I was arrested for possession of methamphetamine because the police officer told me they would arrest both my wife and I, so I the police officer everything was mine. Which in fact was not the case. Now that my charges were dropped the cps is harassing me I feel. They drug test me 4 and 5 times a week I can only be at my house from 8am- 6pm. I have no idea what my rights are. I need help.
