First of all, thank you to all the veterans and their families for your service to our country. I hope this list is a resource for you in your everyday needs. You deserve it!
Remember to bring a valid military ID and it is important to realize that discounts may vary by location, so call ahead to verify. Also, some of these discounts work online as well through a third-party military ID verification. Consequently, if redeeming online, you’ll want to have a digital copy of your ID (like a photo) or another military identification document ready. It can take five to twenty minutes to verify your military status online.
Deals that are for active-duty only are highlighted in green. Otherwise, deals are for both active and retired veterans!
Home Goods
Locations vary, but most offer 10% off to veterans and their families.
Save $60 on a Costco membership by verifying your military affiliation! Veterans, active members, and their families are eligible. You can verify it online here.
Home Depot offers 10% off storewide and online for military personnel and their immediate family members! This deal is good year-round! This is one of the best deals we found. The deal does have a $5,000 maximum, but even that would be $500 off!

That means you could get up to $500 off your purchase! To use the 10% discount, a service member must sign up for the discount program on Lowes.com. To sign up, you will need to verify your military service. Then you will receive a membership card which will make you eligible for the 10% military discount.
If you’re looking to buy tools, the Sears military discount is an amazing deal! Everyday military personnel (active or retired) can receive a 20% discount off tools and an additional 5% off tools on sale with military ID. As far as I know, it is only valid in store.

However, in-store you only have to show your military ID.
Some products, like the Apple Watch Nike and Nike gift cards, are not eligible for the discount. Visit their site for more information.

Disney offers various deals depending on the year. In my experience, these deals are too good to pass up. My family has used the Disney military discount to get a three-day pass to Disney World for only $100 each!
For 2023, Disney World is offering two packages, either a 4-day or 5-day pass to ALL Disney World parks. The 4-day pass is $349 each (normally $639) and the 5-day pass is $369 each (normally $702). That’s like 50% off your ticket price! Find the details on the Disney Military Discount on their site.
You can also use the Disney military discount for Disney hotels. In order to get the discount, you will need to book in advance, usually by mid-December for the next year, to get the discount. In my experience, many movie theatres offer a military discount. Usually, the discount is the standard 10% off, or sometimes it is the price of a senior or child’s ticket, but you never know until you ask. Many more theatres offer a military discount, so always ask.

This means deployed parents can read stories to their children from miles away. Once you send in your recording, they send your family either a YouTube link or a flash drive with you reading the story. You must be deployed to receive the story free.
First of all, I found that there are several discounts out there for military weddings. But, due to a large number of articles to research, I have not written an article on military weddings yet. Meanwhile, I recommend searching for them. David’s Bridal offers 10% off to service men and women and their significant others.
