Eau Claire Energy Cooperative in Eau Claire, WI is who I pay my electric bill to. They’re not on the list. And they’re VERY expensive and mean to people, but we don’t have a choice but to deal with them for electricity. Please reach out to them! Maybe you can inspire them to be better to our community.
