I have a plied for these programs to Manitowac County where I live so it would take 4 to 6 weeks for them to reach me it is nearly been three months and I have a plied numerous times I haven’t received any emails phone calls letters in the mail nothing I am desperate need I am stressing out the deadline is closed and I can’t even afford to make a minimal payment
