Do not use long phrases or questions. Our search works best with one or two keywords. The more words you add, the more confused it will get.

I live in Arkansas and my SNAP benefits of $511 were ALL taken away because of my boyfriend sister living with us. BUT I didn't know she was on my SNAP and based off of the amount I don't think she has been.. my caseworker is doing everything she can to make it difficult or threatening I will have to pay back over ridge and I didn't sign anything adding her. She said that there was a "sticky note" on my paperwork. Well I don't use sticky notes and I told her she could see by the amount of food stamps I have been getting.. for instance just me alone $250 this was 2020 during COVID-19 and I know that is double.. my boyfriend moved in and I got $411 so we have been living together since 2021 his sister did stay a few weeks but my food stamps didn't change I got a letter saying they received information on my case and she was added and my stamps were $507 that was October my recertification was Dec 2022 and I took her off and now I don't qualify?? Lost $500 from one person?? Does that sound right to you?

Hi Gina. It sounds like they might possibly be considering her to be your head of household/recipient for food stamps. Do you have any proof you can show them that she is no longer living there? Also, check to make sure that your state didn't stop the emergency allotment recently.
