Your Tomah Public Library Card gives you access to a wide variety of media even when you’re not at the library. A library membership allows you access to more than one streaming media service.

OverDrive is the primary digital service provided through your library card. With Overdrive you can stream or download E-Books, audiobooks, TV shows and full-length movies. These sources can be enjoyed on your desktop browser or through their proprietary mobile app Libby.

BadgerLink is another service that is included in your Tomah Public Library membership. BadgerLink gives you access to over 6,000 magazines and periodicals. On top of that, BadgerLink also gives you free access to over 500 regional, national, and international newspapers.

The library is constantly updating their list of free public events your Tomah Public Library Card will get you access to. The Tomah Public Library keeps separate event calendars for children and teens and often has events such as story time and movie nights.

Have a Free Night Out With Book Clubs and Events for Adults!

The events at the Tomah Public Library aren’t just for kids! Your library card gives you access to many free activities designed for adults. The Tomah Public Library regularly schedules ‘Movies for Grown Ups’ that include free admission and free popcorn.

The Tomah Public Library also plays home to Bookies Book Club. The Bookies meet at the library each 1st Wednesday of the month. At the meetings the group discusses the book assigned for that month as well as revisiting books previously discussed. Check Out a Summer Reading Program for Children, Teens, and Adults!

Your Tomah Public Library offers separate reading programs each summer for childrenteens, and adults. The Summer Reading Programs begin on June 1st of each year and last through August 31st. Each participant will receive a reading list and a log that they can use to record each book they read. At the end of the program anyone that has read at least six books or listened to six audiobooks can turn in their log to receive a prize.
