I was helping a man with his application for propane/LP fuel to keep warm. He was approved and has a letter stating he was approved - however no one wants to honor the letter. They said the assistant program doesn’t pay very good. So now how does the man get fuel to keep warm? He is out of fuel and is using an electric heater that in my opinion is not safe. Especially with the fur babies. I am afraid he will burn himself up alive. So how does the poor get fuel for heat when the state/county does not pay their bills timely?
