The Delaware weatherization program offers free upgrades to those who qualify. If your home is not energy efficient, you could get upgrades that will make it more energy efficient. The program is completely free and an authorized contractor will do the work on your home.
You could get an energy savings credit on your Delmarva Power bill! The electric company provides this credit once you show proof of energy upgrades.
