If you’re a first time home buyer in WI and looking for a home in a rural area, you might be able to get help through the USDA. As long as you meet their other requirements and you live in an area they deem rural, you could qualify for a zero-down loan. This mortgage allows you to purchase a home and finance it 100%. Even though you can roll in the down payment, you may still be responsible for closing costs.

The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority might be able to help you with a down payment for your future home.
