Help Paying Entergy Corp Bill

Are you at risk of having your electric shut off? Did you under budget or get hit with a big bill? If your Entergy Corp bill is too high or you simply can’t pay it, you have options.

Entergy Corp offers helpful payment arrangements.

Level billing can help you avoid having a huge bill that comes as a surprise. The level billing program offered by Entergy Corp allows you to have the same bill month after month. The company uses your average annual light and power usage and splits that up over the course of 12 months. After the time period is over, you’ll either have a bill that is higher or lower to make up for the average.

When you first started your electric service, Entergy probably asked you when you wanted your due date to be. They allow their customers to choose a due date that works for them to make things easier. In addition, they allow their customers to change their due date. They do have specific requirements you must meet if you want to change your due date. The biggest requirement is that your account is in good standing. To find more about choosing a due date, click your state below:

You can learn more about deferred payments. Not all customers will qualify, but this can be helpful if you have a large amount that is past due. The amount can be split up over several months and added to any current bill you may have due. The sooner you speak with the company about deferred payment, the more options you’ll have. Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas  will all have different requirements.

Do you just need a few more days until your paycheck is deposited or you can come up with the funds? Entergy Corp may work with customers on a payment arrangement. Arkansas customers, Louisiana customers, Mississippi customers and Texas customers may qualify for a payment extension. Only those who are current on their bill will get the extension. Speak with Entergy Corp as soon as you know you’ll need an extension.
