I read through your low cost internet options. The only choice I have is Comcast, but because I have been a loyal customer who pays her bills on time each month I am not eligible for their internet essentials program. It is only for new customers. They told me I could cancel my internet for three months and then I would be eligible after that. So.....instead of letting me start paying them $9.95 per month now because my foster child qualifies for the free lunch program, they would rather lose that money for three months and then let me start paying. If I could dump Comcast right now I would. This is ridiculous. If you could find me the right person to discuss this flaw in their plan to help low income families, I would greatly appreciate it!

Donna, Did you try asking for a supervisor? We were literally in the same boat as you! They told us the same thing and it wasn't until we talked to a supervisor that they switched us over. I hope this helps. -Riley

Your low income relief website has been very helpful to my family during our tough time while my husband is unemployed. I was researching your web links to take home free WiFi hotspots from the library. We have a library card and we love the library! We are located in Virginia, and the only library you have listed in VA is Norfolk Public Library. We are located in another area. Can you research and post the information for the City of Virginia Beach Public library? Thank you for your research and all of the good helpful information. Keep up the good work!
